COVID-19 is driving me to “Perfect a Passion!” And my passion is COOKING! I bring you Frozen Mango Yogurt. The key to this refreshing and very simple frozen treat to make is frozen fruit of your choice and a food processor. For this treat I used frozen Mangoes and my Ninja Food Processor. If you don’t have a food processor, then a great blender will do the job. Enjoy this fantastic frozen treat!
Frozen Mango Yogurt
Ingredients
1 16 oz bag of frozen Mangos (4 cups cubed)
1 cup Vanilla Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1.Place the mango cubes in your food processor’s bowl and
process until completely smooth, stopping once to scrape the sides and bottom
of the bowl.
2.Add the yogurt, honey and vanilla and process until
combined, stopping once to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl.
3. Transfer to an air-tight container and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours and then enjoy!
